The Villa Seven Sisters is located on the small island of Alonissos. Alonissos is the third and smallest of the inhabited islands in the group called the Northern Sporades, Skopelos being the largest and the community centre, and Skiathos being the island with the airport.

The villa is situated on a headland with the small fishing port of Votsi on one side, and the bay of Spartines on the other. The location is quiet, but only a 5 minute drive, or 25 minute walk from the main town and port of Patitiri. Votsi itself has all you need for day to day living, 3 mini-markets, tavernas, a local beach 5 minutes walk from the villa. For those with a boat, or thinking of purchasing one, there is a permanent mooring available in Votsi harbour.

The villa is set on a 520m^2 plot with a large concreted area to the rear large enough for 2 or 3 cars or car and trailered boat. To the front is an esablished garden with orange, white peach, lemon and advocado trees, plus there are views over Votsi harbour, although this view is partly obsucured by pine trees. The view extends over to Patitiri and in the distance the old village of Chora can be seen. To the rear there is a limited view over the Aegean sea.

The outside of the villa is rendered in yellow sand and will not need painting for many years. A large 30m^3 sterna under the lower bedroom balcony is fed by rain water from the roofs and balconies. It is also connected to mains water. Hot water is supplied via a large solar panel on the kitchen flat roof whenever the sun shines. There is also an integeral imersion heater for when it is cloudy. Directly below the studio is an apothikie (small room) and also a second open covered area currently used for log storage. The walls of the villa are double cavity with insulation, the roof is insulated, and all windows and doors are white PVC double glazed. All the windows and doors feature roll down lockable security shutters.

On entering the villa on the north side, via the front door, there is a large hallway. Directly to the left are the stairs to the second floor lounge and kitchen. Further on down the hallway, to the left, are two doors, one to the villa shower room, the second to the toilet. To the right are two doors leading to the main and second bedrooms, and directly in front of you is the door to the self contained studio or third bedroom.

The main and second bedrooms are of good size, approximately 4m x 3.5m, both have double patio doors leading onto a shared large balcony approximately 3.3m x 7.3m.

The shower room featues a walk in wet area with shower head, plus dry area with washbasin, towel rail and mirrored bathroom cabinet. All the walls are fully tiled from floor to ceiling

The toilet is also a good size, 1.6m x 1.35m, with white toilet, bidet and washbasin. The toilet area is also fully tiled from floor to ceiling.

The studio or third bedroom, 3.15m x 4.7m, has ensuite toilet and shower, identical with the main villa. It has double patio doors leading on to it's own balcony, so is self contained for renting if required.

On the second floor, the lounge, 6.7m x 4.9m, has two sets of double patio doors leading onto a balcony. There is an open fireplace and traditional open wood beamed roof. At the end of the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen, 3.03m x 3.4m, with pine fitted cupboards, stainless steel sink and drainer and a triple halogen spotlight unit. Windows on two adjacent walls make the kitchen light and airy.

The upstairs balcony, 10.9m x 2.5m / 3.25m, has a covered dining area infront of the kitchen, a built in BBQ with adjacent preperation shelf, mains socket outlet and outside water tap.
